In my opinion, yes.? that is why today after the stock dropped in the neighborhood of 15% it was time to get in.? I bought 200 shares at $19.24 each.? despite the difficult business environment, the company, Cisco Systems, inc. (Public, NASDAQ:CSCO), showed improved results but due to the challenges of doing business, the profits were somewhat lower.? to me these are still encouraging numbers and I am hoping that in the coming months, Cisco will do much better.
